The nano emax CNG variant could be one of the cheapest and quality cars on Indian roads. This car will also be using the 624cc petrol engine with 38PS and 51Nm of torque and will have a pair of CNG cylinders which could boost the range of the vehicle. This could also reduce the running cost of the car. The cylinders have a liquid capacity of 32 litters and the CNG kit assures a fuel economy of 36 km/kg of compressed natural gas. The CNG conversion has added a 100 kg to the overall weight of the Nano, taking it up to 735 kg

The launch is expected to be on the month of September 2013.

The photos out on the internet we can read an additional air intake on the rear bumper, this will be providing increased cooling for the vehicle.

The interiors are expected to be the same.

Look around of the new Nano

There could be glove box, music system and power steering on this model. This could really uplift the vehicle to newer heights.

News on new Nano.

What is going to be the price and when is the launch expected?

It’s likely to be priced more than the existing petrol version of the Tata nano due to its additional features. The new Alto 800 priced very aggressively, so it’s definitely likely to be taking on to that, because this variant of Alto is also going to have a CNG variant.

The Tata nano, the new vehicle will be a bi-fuel variant as mentioned, like both petrol and CNG.
